TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Before I Arrive

  • I WILL ARRIVE 30 MINUTES BEFORE MY BOOKING TIME. All drivers must attend the briefing session before they are permitted to drive. Failure to arrive 30 minutes prior to your session start time will result in loss of track time
  • Balaclavas and Gloves must be worn when racing. If they are not included in my purchase then I will bring your own or purchase them on arrival.. Race suits and helmets are provided free of charge
  • No animals are allowed on site except guide dogs.
  • Drivers must be 12 years or over to use an adult kart, or compete in a special event/full race meeting.
  • In the rare case that a driver poses a risk to themselves or others they will be removed from the circuit.
  • The minimum height for Junior drivers is 1.3 metres tall. Minimum height for adult drivers is 1.5m.
  • Pre-ordered food and drink will be confirmed to you upon arrival. In the unlikely event of anything being unavailable an alternative will be offered. Food will be served after your race unless otherwise agreed.

Karting Safety

  • Motorsport can be dangerous. Despite the organisers taking all reasonable precautions, unavoidable accidents can happen. In respect of these, you are present at your own risk.
  • All drivers must wear appropriate footwear (i.e no open toe shoes)
  • All drivers must be free of alcohol, illegal substances or prescription medication that would likewise prevent you from driving on the road or operating heavy machinery.
  • Children must wear neck braces for driving, supplied by PMG Karting World
  • Only children that have completed our Race Academy course are able to participate in Cadet Special Events.
  • I will obey all rules and regulations of PMG Karting World
  • I will wear a helmet while operating a go-kart or otherwise while in or around the racetrack
  • I am not pregnant
  • If I am under 18 without a driver’s license I must have my parent or legal guardian sign this form.
  • I will closely observe and follow the instructions of all facility personnel.
  • I will stay seated in the go-kart until instructed by a track official to get out of the go-kart;
  • I must tie back and tuck my hair down the back of my shirt and race suit prior to racing.

Cancellation policy

What happens if I’m late?
While we will always try our best to accommodate you, we cannot delay a race for customers running late. If you are late, you might lose some track time or might not be able to race at all.

Can I bring my own food?
Unfortunately we cannot allow outside food at our tracks. Exceptions can be made for individuals with restricted diets / allergies / etc. We do however, allow birthday cakes to be brought for races celebrating their birthday with us.

PAYMENT

Payments are non-refundable and the booking cannot be changed or transferred to a new date or time. Payments can be made using a valid credit or debit card, cheque or BACS.

You can pay by debit card for free, all payments are non-refundable and the booking cannot be changed to a new date or time.

Loyalty Card Terms and Conditions

  1. Eligibility: The Loyalty Card program is available to all customers who book and complete go-karting sessions at PMG Karting World.
  2. Loyalty Card Issuance: Upon your first visit and session booking, you will receive a PMG Karting World Loyalty Card.
  3. Stamping Procedure: For each visit and paid session, you will receive a stamp on your Loyalty Card.
  4. Redemption: To claim your well-deserved free session, simply accumulate 5 stamps on your Loyalty Card. Upon reaching this milestone, you will be eligible for a complimentary go-karting session. This free session must be used alongside a paid session during your visit to PMG Karting World.
  5. Expiration: The Loyalty Card has no expiration date and remains valid until you claim your free session.
  6. Transferability: Loyalty Cards are non-transferable and can only be used by the cardholder.
  7. Lost or Damaged Cards: Lost or damaged Loyalty Cards can be replaced with a new card, but any previous stamps will not be transferred to the new card.
  8. Card Abuse: PMG Karting World reserves the right to revoke or refuse to issue a Loyalty Card if we suspect misuse or abuse of the program.
  9. Program Changes: PMG Karting World may modify or terminate the Loyalty Card program at any time, with or without notice.
  10. Privacy: Any personal information collected as part of the Loyalty Card program will be used solely for program-related purposes and will not be shared with third parties.
  11. Additional Terms: Participation in the Loyalty Card program is subject to all other PMG Karting World terms and conditions.

By participating in the Loyalty Card program, you agree to these terms and conditions. PMG Karting World reserves the right to interpret these terms and conditions and make decisions concerning the Loyalty Card program at our sole discretion.
